A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
A bank charge of 5% will be levied on credit card payments.
Credit card details will be required on check-in in lieu of key deposit.
Guests are liable to pay for any breakages that occur during their stay.
R2000 disturbance fee will be charged if guests do not follow Kuleni’s Rules and Regulations.
All reservations made are subject to acceptance of our standard indemnity.
If guests arrive with additional people they will be asked to pay for the additional people and be issued with an amended invoice.
If guests fail to pay for the additional people, they will be escorted off the property by security with no refund.
Guests must check their reservation and confirmation forms are filled in correctly and query any issues prior to arrival.
